提出规划乙烯建设项目时应注意就近原料产地、下游产业区;上下游一体化;使人口、资源和环境相协调;延长乙烯项目的产业链;将乙烯建设纳入循环经济体系。
To present some viewpoints on planning ethylene construction projects, e.g. site select principle, integration of upstream and downstream plants, process technology etc., so as to realize harmony of natural environment, resources and population.
