摘要
对美国在线检测技术公司的织物起球评级系统进行评价研究.采用这一仪器对大量的具有不同组织结构的针织物起球样品进行了仪器化的检测、表征和评级.针织物起球样品用IC I起球箱法获得,并采用与标准样照对照法对起球样品进行了传统的主观评级.比较两种评级值认为,在双尾0.01水平上,两种评级值高度相关;织物的组织结构也对仪器赋值存在严重影响.
The pillgrade system of USA Line Tech Industries is evaluated. The pillgrade system and ICI pilling box are used for a range of knitted fabrics with different structures. The instrumental characterizing and grading of the pilled samples are compared with those obtained from conventional subjective pilling assessments. The results indicate that while the correlation is significant at the 0.01 level (2-tailed) , the pillgrade system output is influenced by fabric structure.
