摘要
针对织造加工过程中,由于纱线表面绒毛脱落而造成飞花,导致纺织生产尤其是针织生产的织造加工难以顺利进行以及造成产品出现质量问题的现象,采用CTT纱线性能测试仪对纱线表面绒毛脱落量进行测试,分析了纤维性能、纺纱系统、纱线结构和性能以及纱线运行速度等因素对纱线表面绒毛脱落倾向的影响,并对如何减少飞花现象提出了建议.
Aiming at the problem that the flying made of the lint shedding interferes the textile production especially knitting production and textiles quanlity, the amount of lint shedding from the yarns surface is measured by CTT yarns properties test equipment. The effect of some factors, including the fibers properties, spinning system, yarns structure and properties, and moving speed of yams and so on, on the propensity of lint shedding from the yarns surface is analyzed, and the suggestions about how to decrease the flying is put forward.
