基于模糊划分的针织纱质量综合评价方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前针织用纱质量没有统一评价标准的问题,应用CTT(Constant Tension Transport)测试系统,选取测试了几个有代表性的指标对纱线性能进行客观的综合评价.文章构建了样本隶属函数,用迭代的方法得到最优模糊划分系数,以最大隶属度原则对样本进行分类,最后应用F统计量和聚类有效性函数值来分别检验分类的合理性和聚类的有效性.这种模糊划分评价方法有效减少了人为因素的影响,为纱线的定量评价提供了方法. In the light of the problem of no uniform test criterion presently, by using the CTT( Constant Tension Transport) testing system, the performance of yarns is evaluated synthetically by selecting five representative indexes. The membership function is constructed, and the optimization fuzzy division could be gained by iterative algorithm, then the samples are classified on principle of the maximum membership grade, and finally the classification rationality and cluster validity are verified by F-Statistic and the value of clustering validity function respectively. The effect of subjective factors is alleviated by using the evaluation method based on fuzzy division, and a method for implement ration evaluation is provided.
