简述合成盐酸的生产工艺及主要设备,分析了生产中常见安全事故及成因,针对安全提出了工艺操作控制要求,列出了连锁控制参量及逻辑顺序,并对安全控制方案进行了分析设计。
Process and main equipments of synthetic hydrochloric acid were introduced. The common accident and its reasons were analysed. Conrol requirements of operation were put forward for safety. Chain control parameters and consecution were listed. And the safety control program was designed.
