Induction Heating Mechanism of Mining Round Link Chain

通过对矿用圆环链连续淬、回火温度的测试，揭示了该工件在淬、回火过程中的温度变化规律．提出了圆环链感应加热淬、回火机理，为最佳热处理工艺的制定提供了理论根据，对环状零件的中频热处理有普遍意义。

The test for induction heating of mining round link chain under the temperature of continuous hardening and tempering shows a rule of temperature variation of work piece during hardening and tempering. In this article,we established a hardening and tempering mechanism of induction heating round link chain,which supplies determining an optimum process of heat treatment with theory basis. It will have a widely sense for medium frequency induction heat treatment of ring element.
