摘要
本研究表明,低铬青钢在空气中于1000℃下固溶处理后,将出现外氧化和铬的内氧化。外氧化使合金表面贫铬;内氧化将降低合金固溶时效强化效果。文中讨论了铬青铜的内氧化热力学条件,特殊的内氧化机理,外氧化对内氧化的影响等。
The present study shows that external oxidation and internal oxidation of chromium will be occured in low chromium bronzes after solution treatment under 1000℃ in the air. The external oxidation will lead to chromium dilution in the surface layer of alloy,and the internal oxidation will decrease the strengthening effect of solution and aging treatment. Thermodynamical condition on internal oxidation of chromium bronzes,mechanism of special internal oxidation and effect of external oxidation on internal oxidation are also discussed.
