摘要
测定了Ni60+20%WC合金激光熔敷层的腐蚀磨损性能,用扫描电镜研究了冲击速度和介质浓度对腐蚀磨损表面形貌的影响。结果表明,激光熔敷合金层的腐蚀磨损速率随冲击速度V和硫酸浓度C的提高而增大,符合W=0.0287V2.087+3.932V0.436C0.331V0.316的定量关系。其磨损机制为犁削磨损,腐蚀机制为均匀腐蚀和坑穴腐蚀,磨损对腐蚀有明显的激化作用。
The Corrosive wear properties of Ni60 +20%WC alloy coatings by laser cladded process have been measured and wear-corrosion surface morphologies in diffirent impact velocities and sulphuric-acid concentrations have been studied by SEM. The results show that the wear-corrosion rates of the coatings are increased with the increase of impact velocity or media concentration and the quantitative relation among wear-corrosion rateW,impact velocity V and media concentration C is W = 0. 0287V2.087 + 3. 932V0.436C0.331V0. 316. The wear mechanism of the coatings is the microploughing wear and the corrosion mechanisms are well-distributed corrosion and pitting corrosion.
