摘要
分析了Cr12MoV钢过饱和渗碳后等温处理各区域的组织及对力学性能和断口形貌的影响。试验结果表明,过饱和渗碳是提高表层硬度、强度和耐磨性的有效方法,马氏体下见氏体复相组织可以保证亚表层至心部的强韧性及表层与心部的结合,提高了模具的使用寿命。给出了高碳高合金模具钢强韧化的一种新方法。
In this paper, the microstructures in various regions which emerge during carburizing followed by austempering as well as the effect of these structures on the mechanical properties and the fracture morphology in Cr12MoV steel has been investigated. The result of examination indicates that CD carburizing is a valid way to increase hardness, strength and wear resistance. The duplex microstructures of M/B grant strength and ductile to the sub-surface and matrix. The combination of structures in carburizing layer and matrix increase service life of die. This process is a new method for raising the strength and ductile of high carbon and alloy die steels.
