Through researching the requirements of the Australian rule, and analyzing the type, dimension and parameter of the Australian plug, the relationship between the plug rated current and cord, the requirement of the insulating sleeves, and stating some important test, such as, the flexing test, the abrasion test of the insulating sleeves, temperature rise test and the pressure test at high temperature, etc., the good direction to manufacture and test the Australian plug is given.
