摘要
对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的N^+注入态,N-C-O共渗入N-C-O共渗+注入复合态的表面改性进行了研究。结果表明:复合态由于同时具有一定厚度的改性层与非晶态表面,而达到了耐磨性及抗蚀性的最佳统一。X射线低角度掠射技术及超显微硬度计UMHT-3被用于N^+注入层的组织结构分析与硬度表征,并采用俄歇能谱仪测量离子注入层的氮浓度分布,同时还讨论N^+注入对提高N-C-O共渗态抗蚀性能的贡献及其机理。
The studies were made about the surface modification of a 1Cr18Ni9Tistainless steel which were N ̄+ implanted, nitrocarburized and nitrocarburized +post N ̄+implanted.From the results obtained,it showed that the combind modified surface withcertain thickness of modified layer and amophotis structtires possesses optimal properties ofcorrelated wear and corrosion resistance .Grazing Incidetice X- ray Diffraction (GLXRD) andUMHT- 3 Ultra-microhardn tester were used separately to characterize the surface structureand hardness of N ̄+ implanted layer in 1Cr18 Ni9Ti steel. Meanwhile Auger ElectronSpectroscopy (AES)was ultilized to indicate the nitrogen concentration profile in the N ̄+implanted layer.Furthermore .contribution and mechanism of N ̄+ implanted in improvingcorrosion resistance were discussed as well.
