摘要
LC9铝合金在773K热扭转中显微组织由粗大的柱状晶转变为细等轴晶。研究表明:其晶粒细化的过程为:位错的聚集;亚晶网络的形成;亚晶界面两侧晶体位向差的增加;亚晶界转变为晶界。从而细晶网络形成。
The coarse column-like grains of LC9 alloy are changed into fine nearequiaxed oneS during torsion at 773K. It is found that the grain refinement process is:1.accumulation of dislocation;2.formation of subgrain network;3.increment ofmisorientation of subgrain boundaries;4.transition from sub-boundaries to grain boundariesand formation of finer grain network.
