摘要
阐述了钢轧辊堆焊技术的发展状况和轧辊自动埋弧堆焊工艺,并针对27Cr3Mo2MnVWTi、3Cr13、35MnSi、及3Cr2W8V等堆焊材料的堆焊工艺、焊后热处理制度和焊后堆焊层的化学成分、稀释规律、显微组织、硬度、耐磨损及力学性能等,进行了试验研究和理论分析,提出了4种堆焊材料的适应性。
In this paper, the technical development of surfacing for steel roll both at domestic and abroad is described. Four surfacing materials 27Cr3Mo2MnVWTi, 3Cr13. 35MnSi and 3Cr2W8V were tested surfacing process, heat treatment procedure and the surfacing layer's chemical composition dilution rule, microstructure,hardness, wearing capacity and mechanical property after build-up welding, were studied and analyzed. Results show that those materials are adoptable.
