摘要
用声发射、定量金相等方法研究了室温单向压缩条件下,18Cr2Ni4WA用碳氮共渗层中残余奥氏体发生的形变诱发马氏体相变动力学,推导出相变动力学方程并用定量金相测定结果加以验证,结果表明,共渗层中残余奥氏体在形变过程中发生马氏体相变,在弹性应力范围内仅形成少量应力协助马氏体,塑变开始后,才发生明显的应变诱发马氏体相变。
The dynamic characteristics on the deformation induced martensitic transformation of retained austenite in the carbonitrided layer of 18 Cr2Ni4WA steel,during one-axial compression at room temperature , have been investigated utilizing acoustic emission and quantitative metallography technique, The transformation kinetic equation has also beendeveloped as which has been verified with the results of quantitative metallography measurement.The experimental results show that the retained austenite is transformed to martensite during deformation process. Only small amounts of stress-assisted mertensite are formed within the elastic stress range , which stain-indutal martenaitic transformation takes place obviously after the beginning of plastic deformation.
