摘要
研究了时效温度对国产50Mn18Cr4wN奥氏体钢(18/4钢)冲击韧度和在现结构的影响,结果表明,在520℃~950℃之间时效时,M_(23)C_6型碳化物在18/4钢晶界析出,从而使用的冲击韧度下降。因此,安装护环的热套装配温度应低于520℃。
The effect of aging on impact toughness and microstructure of steel 18/4 is studied. It is found that the precipitation of M_(23)C_6 carbides on grain boundary leads to a degration of impact toughness of steel 18/4 when it is aged between 520℃and 950℃.It is also proposed that the shrinking temperature of retaining ring should be lower than 520℃。
