摘要
目的建立一种实验性牙周炎的动物模型,为研究牙周炎的发病及探讨治疗模式奠定基础。方法采用10-12月龄SD大鼠,以4-0丝线结扎大鼠双侧上颌第二磨牙(M2),配合饲以软食和高糖水,并观察动物造模后临床及组织病理学的变化。结果2月后,造模大鼠在临床及组织病理方面均有明显、典型的牙周炎表现。结论以本法建立的牙周炎动物模型,能模拟临床牙周炎中老年高发年龄段的自然发生过程,用于牙周病的进一步研究。
Objective To construct stable and reliable animal model of experimental periodontits. Methods 10- 12 months SD rats were selected to study. Flossed and hound the second upper molars neck of rats with 4-0 silk and fed them with soft and high sugar diet Results 2 months later, the model rats represented obvious and typical periodontitis in clinical and histopathological aspects. Conclusion This method can simulate the natural periodontitis process of middle and old age patients. It is a reliable method to construct periodontitis animal model for further study.
