摘要
光纤通信系统正不断向高速、大容量发展,稳定的光收发电路成为保证系统工作的关键.针对系统的发展要求,总结了高速光收发电路的制作特点;研究设计了2.5Gb/s光收发电路,并将其应用在激光器和接收设备动态特性的测试实验.
High speed and large bit rate is optical communication system's request at present. Steady optical transmitter-receiver circuit is key in well-balanced operation system. The working characteristics of optical transmitter-receiver circuit are summarized based on system demand; the operating principles of temperature control and automatic power control circuit are analyzed using automatic control theory. This device was already realized and applied in experiment of testing dynamic performance of semiconductor laser and receiver equipment.
