摘要
针对冲击磨损试样表面的白层,用静载磨损方法研究了该白层的磨损特性,分析了其失效形式,并讨论了组织类型对白层磨损的影响。结果表明,当试样表面有白层时,磨报出现块状剥层,而无白层试样则呈切削磨损,白层导致块状剥层磨损,降低材料的耐磨性。
The wear characteristic of white layer, which was preduced previously byimpact wear, has been studied with pin-on-disk wear tester. The wear mechanism andinfluence of microstructure on wear resistance are also discussed . It is found that theprimary wear mechanism for the specimen with the white layer is the delamination, whilethere are only microcutting on the specimen without the white layer. The delaminationcaused by the white layer decreases the wear resistance.
