中国人民银行在正式公告人民币汇率形成机制改革后,连续发布通知,调整银行间外汇市场交易汇价和银行对客户外汇买卖价格管理的规定,扩大银行对客户远期结售汇业务和开办人民币与外币掉期交易,以及进一步发展银行间外汇市场。这一系列有关外汇市场的改革措施,作为人民币汇率形成机制改革的重要组成部分,是中国外汇市场在过去十年基础上的再一次加速发展,进一步凸显了市场化的改革取向,市场深度和广度进一步增加。

Since the People＇s Bank of China （PBC） formally announced the reform of the RMB exchange rate regime, the PBC promulgated a series of rules adjusting the management on the exchange rate in the interbank FX market and of banks＇ trading prices for customers, expanding banks＇ forward FX purchase and sale business and introducing RMB/foreign currency swaps, further developing the interbank FX market. This series of relevant reform measures of the FX market, as an important component of RMB exchange rate regime reform, reflect the accelerating development of China＇s FX market over the past decade, and reflect the direction of market-orientated reforms and the increasing depth and breadth of the market.
