During the Anti-Japanese War, the content of labour legislation that was founded by anti-Japanese Democratic political power had great significance. It paid great attention to protecting the disadvantaged workers, then raised the enthusiasm for labour of workers and improved obtaining a com- plete victory of Anti-Japanese War. According to the content of labour legislation,this paper brings up some viewpoints to discuss the protection of disadvantaged groups in today.
