摘要
社会福利是社会全体成员获得幸福与满足的状态。追求最大程度的社会福利是现代政治的价值追求,现代政治是实现社会福利的工具。
Social welfare is a state that all members the society obtain happiness and satisfaction seeking for most social welfare is the pursuit of modern political values, which a tool for social welfare. Modern politics takes the existence and development of the necessity of the establishment of modern politics to society as its final ends. This article discusses the meet the need of modern social welfare.
