摘要
分析了国有企业R&D投入现状及造成这种现象的原因,国有企业内部追求短期利益、生产技术和工艺水平落后是制约R&D投入的主要因素。要提高国有企业的研发投入,必须改善企业治理结构,提高整体的生产技术水平。
The paper describes the status of state-owned enterprises R＆D and analyzes the cause which leads to the situation state-owned enterprise institutions results in all the insiders pursuiting shortterm profits,which is the institutional factor causing low R＆D investment. The backwardness of production technology is the technical factor refraining from R＆D investment. In order to improve the state-owned enterprises＇ R＆D investment, it is necessary to ameliorate corporate governance and to raise technology level of all production.
