法律正义，作为一种整体性的社会观念和抽象的社会规则，作为法律所追求的终结价值和至善理想，是一个带有客观性的社会现象。法律正义观念缘起于古代人们对人或神的正义美德的赞扬，法律正义实际上就是人们所期待的古代神或人的正义美德的变迁形态，也是人们对法律的道德基础的内在分析。

Legal justice, as whole social idea and abstract social norm, and as final merit and perfect ideal law pursues, is a kind of objective social phenomena. The concept of legal justice comes from ancient people＇s praise to virtue of heroes and gods, in fact, legal justice is the changed form of heroes and gods＇ virtue, and is people＇ internal analyses to moral basic of law.
