合同农业运行模式探析——对我省合同农业运行模式的思考

An Exploration and Analysis of Contract Agriculture＇s Operational Models——A research and analysis of Henan province contract agriculture＇s qperational models under the new situation

合同农业是新形势下中国农业发展的新事物。我省合同农业运行模式的发展问题．已成为人世后过渡期我省农业深化发展的一个重大问题。目前，我省农业产业化经营模式类型呈现多样性，即经历了从“公司＋农户”、“粮库＋农户”模式，到“公司＋基地＋农户”、“公司＋协会＋基地＋农户”模式，再到“公司＋科技实体＋基地”模式的发展。但无论采用哪种模式都必须把握好四个重要环节：一要签好合同，二是政府要摆正位置，三要诚实信用，四要以法律作保证。

Henan contract agriculture is the new thing of the development of Henan agriculture. The problem of the improvement of contract agriculture has been the important problem influencing the further development of Henan agriculture during a period of transition after China entered into WTO. So, the research for this problem is of momentous current significance. At the present, there are various kinds of the operational mode of agricultural industrialization. From the junior models, “company plus farmer”and“grain depot plus farmer”to the senior models, “company plus base plus farmer”,“company plus association plus base plus farmer”, there are the following four important links that must be grasped well： 1. signing the right contract ; 2. determining the Government＇s functions; 3. honesty and credit; 4. making laws as the backup force.
