肠内营养在胃肠术后的早期应用

摘要 目的探讨胃肠术后早期肠内营养治疗的临床方案及效果.方法回顾分析1999年7月~2004年10月胃肠术后早期肠内营养进行营养支持治疗的177例的适应证、方式方法及临床效果.结果177例均取得良好的临床营养支持效果.术后恢复肛门排气时间平均为43h,恢复排便时间平均为51h,整个疗程中病人术后无明显体重减轻.结论早期肠内营养治疗具有符合生理、安全、简便、并发症少、减少医疗费用等优点. Objective To study the results and the clinical practice of early enteral nutrition after gastrointestinal surgery (EENAGS). Methods 177 cases with EENAGS from July 1997 to Oct. 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The effects of clinical nutrition support for 177 cases were all good ;the average time of postoperative gas -passing was 43 hours, and that of stool-discharge was 51 hours. Condusion The early enteral nutrition is safe, simple,economical, and it has less complications.
