摘要
应用电镜及X射线衍射技术研究了含Cr及不含Cr的Fe-28at.-%Al合金中相变结果表明,1080℃淬火过程中,B2结构热畴已开始形成;缓冷通过B2相区,沿晶界出现α相;对Fe-28Al-5Cr合金还出现细小的CrN相沉淀,板状合金中B2→D03是一缓慢转变过程.
The phase transformations in the Fe-28AI alloys with or without addition of Cr were studied by means of electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction techniques. The B2 antiphase domains (APD) has already been formed during quenching process from 1080℃.The Fe-enriched a-phase may precipitate along the grain boundaries in the alloys when cooling slowly through temperature range of just B2-phase occurred. In the Fe-28A1-5Cr alloy. the fine CrN-phase may also precipitate. The B2→D03 transformation was found to be a slow process in the sheet specimens.
