42CrMo钢在非比例循环加载下的塑性流动分析 被引量:4

摘要 本文对调质态的42CrMo钢在比例循环加载和双轴非比例圆形应变路径下的流动特性进行了实验研究.在圆形应变路径下,塑性应变率与偏应力、偏应力率的夹角以及塑性模量在一个循环周次内呈周期性波动,且随着等效应变幅值增加,波动幅度明显减小;在相同等效应变幅值下,圆形应变路径的平均塑性模量大于扭转路径的循环饱和塑性模量,且等效应变幅值越小,两者差别越大;在等效应变幅值较小时,等效剪应变与轴向应变的响应等效性很差. An Experimental investigation was carried out of the properties of quenched and tempered steel 42CrMo subjected to proportional cyclic loadings and biaxially nonproportional circular strain paths. The corresponding angles,θ1 between plastic strain rate and deviatoric stress and θ2 between plastic strain rate and deviatoric stress rate, and the plastic modulus fluctuate periodically in a cycle, and their fluctuating amplitudes decrease significantly with increasing equivalent strain amplitude under circular strain paths. At the same equivalent strain amplitude, the average plastic modulus under circular strain path is more than the modulus under torsional cycling, and the difference of them is larger with the smaller equivalent strain amplitude. At small equivalent strain amplitude , the equivalence between the response of equivalent shear strain and the one of axial strain is very poor.
