Ni(NO_3)_2对油菜种子活性氧代谢及油菜感光性的影响

摘要 用25、20、100、200、300、500、1000 umol/L的Ni(NO3)2处理油菜种子,在萌发过程中,可影响过氧化物酶(POD),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,超氧阴离子((-O)·2)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,用300~500 umol/L Ni(NO3)2处理对抗氧酶的活性有促进作用,其活力明显高于对照,其超氧阴离子((-O)·2)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量低于对照.同时不同浓度Ni(NO3)2的处理油菜植株,也可影响油菜感光性,不同光周期可改变油菜的生长进程,较长日照促进油菜的发育,说明芥菜型油菜是典型的长日照植物.
