摘要
以固相合成法直接合成BaCe_(0.95)Y_(0.05)O_(3-α),用阻抗谱技术测得其电导率在450-1000℃为10^(-3)-10^(-2)S·cm^(-1),电导激活能为Ea=0.49ev(空气气氛下).用差热分析法检证了该材料的热稳定性.制得BaCe_(0.05)Y_(0.05)O_(3-α)固体电解质管,以金属氢化物为参比电极,Mo丝为电极引线组装氢传感器,研究其对熔融铝合金中氢活度的传感特性.实验发现,定氢探头响应很灵敏,电动势能持续稳定2min以上,实验条件下多次使用未见有开裂或渗漏现象,固体电解质管也不与铝合金溶液发生作用.
BaCe_(0.95)Y_(0.05)O_(3-α) electrolyte is prepared by solid state reaction. In the temperature range of 450-1000℃, the conductivity is 10 ̄(-3)-10 ̄(-2) S·cm ̄(-1),the activation energy in air is 0.49 eV, measured by impedance spectroscopy technology. The hydrogen sensors for measureing the hydrogen activity in molten Al alloy is manufactured, using BaCe_(0.95)Y_(0.05)O_(3-α) as solid electrolyte, metal hydride as reference electrode and Mo wire as lead wire. The results showed that the sensor has a high sensitivity and a good stability within the range of experiment temperature.
