摘要
通过用针刺结合无针头注射法,在温室条件下对烟草野生种Nicotianalongiflora,普通烟草(N.tabacum)中的白肋烟品种Ky14,烤烟品种Kutsaga110、SpeightG-140、中烟90和云烟85,杂交组合(SpeightG-140×Ky14)F1、(中烟90×Ky14)F1和(云烟85×Ky14)F1进行烟草野火病菌的接种,对这几个烟草种质材料对野火病的抗性进行了鉴定。结果表明,N.longiflora对野火病免疫,(云烟85×Ky14)F1、(中烟90×Ky14)F1和(SpeightG-140×Ky14)F1高抗野火病,Ky14和Kutsaga110抗野火病,SpeightG-140、中烟90和云烟85易感野火病。
Under greenhouse conditions, a tobacco wild species Nicotiana longiflora , burley tobacco Ky14, flue-cured tobacco Kutsaga110, Speight G-140, Zhongyan90 and Yunyan85 and three hybrids i.e. (Speight G-140×Ky14)F1, (Zhongyan90×Ky14)F1 and (Yunyan85×Ky14)F1 were inoculated with P. syringae pv.tabaci by an improved inoculating method that was first slightly pricking the leaf with a needle of an injector, then injecting the tiny wound with the injector without needle. The results showed that N.longiflora is immune to tobacco wildfire, (Yunyan85×Ky14)F1, (Zhongyan90×Ky14)F1 and (Speight G-140×Ky14)F1 are highly resistant to tobacco wildfire, Ky14 and Kutsaga110 are resistant to tobacco wildfire, whereas Speight G-140, Zhongyan90 and Yunyan85 are very susceptible to this disease.
