摘要
考虑到非晶态合金(Pd80Si20,Ni80P20)结构上存在的涨落将导致驰豫激活能谱呈现为一种宽的关联分布,从而修正了传统的激活能模型,并由此得到了4种类型的驰豫函数。结合非晶态合金的等温时效内耗衰减实验规律,(驰豫函数M(t)=exp(-Ct^-β),讨论了指数(β)对退火温度的依赖关系。
By using the coupling broad distribution function of relaxation activation energy in according with the fluctuation in structure of amorphous alloys, the classical activation energy spectrum model is modified, and four different forms of relaxation function are obtained. The dependence of internal friction on annealing temperature and annealing time is experimentally investigated for amorphouse alloys (Pd_(80)Si_(20) and Ni_(80)P_(20)), the streched exponent function is used to fit the decay law, M(t)= exp(-Ct ̄β). the dependence of exponent(β) on annealing temperature is discussed.
