摘要
本文探讨了一种Al2O3粒子增强低温反应合成自生铝基复合材料的制备工艺。用热分析和电镜研究了材料的显微组织.
An Al2O3 particle reinforced aluminium matrix composite-CuO/Al reaction synthetic in situ composite has been prepared at lower temperature. Heat response of synthectic reaction and microstructure of composite were observed by thermal analysis and scanning electron microscopy.
