中风康对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织SOD MDA的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨中风康对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:采用线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,以步长脑心通为对照,于脑缺血6h、12h、24h、48h动态观察中风康对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑梗死体积以及脑组织SOD活性和MDA含量的影响。结果:与假手术组比较,局灶性脑缺血6h,模型组脑组织SOD活性开始下降,MDA含量开始升高,脑缺血48h,SOD活性降至最低,MDA含量达到高峰(P<0.01);与同时点模型组比较,各治疗组SOD活性均有不同程度升高,MDA含量均有不同程度下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),以中风康高剂量组最为显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);与同时点模型组比较,各治疗组梗死灶体积亦有不同程度缩小,尤以中风康高剂量组效果明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:中风康可提高脑组织SOD活性,降低MDA含量,改善自由基代谢,缩小梗死灶体积,有效减轻局灶性脑梗塞引起的缺血性损伤。 Objective:To observe the effect of Zhongfengkang on activity of Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of Malondialdehyde(MDA) in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats. Methods :To make the model of focal cerebral ischemia by inserting nylon thread, compared with Buchangnaoxintong, the effect of Zhongfengkang on infarct volume and activity of SOD and the content of MDA in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats were observed in 6h, 12h, 24h and 48h after cerebral ischemia. Results:In 6h after cerebral ischemia, the activity of SOD decreased and the content of MDA in brain increased; the activity of SOD reached the lowest and the content of MDA reached top in 48h(P 〈0.01);Compared with model group of the same time, the activity of SOD of each treatment groups were increased and the content of MDA in brain of each treatment groups were decreased( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01), and the change of high dose group were most remarkedly( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) ; Compared with model group of the same time, the infarct volume of each treatment groups were decreased( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). Conclusion :Through inreasing activity of SOD and dereasing the content of MDA in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats and reducing infarct volume, Zhongfengkang could improve free radical metabolized and protect focal cerebral ischemia rats effectively.
