摘要
采用膨胀法及金相硬度法测定了几种双相钢的临界点Ac1和Ac3,阐明了不同原始组织、加热速度等对加热时临界点的影响规律。测定了这些钢在连续加热时奥氏体的形成动力学曲线以及双相区组织之间的定量关系.研究了这些钢在临界点间加热时组织变化特点以及奥氏体的形核和长大特征。
The critical points Ac1 and Ac3 of some kinds of dual-phase steel have been determined by using expand test and metallographic hardness test methods, the laws of the effect of different original morphology, heating velocity etc. on critical points during heating have been expounded. The dynamic curves of forming austenite while these steel were being continuously heated and the quantitative relations between morphologies in dual-phase area have been determined. The characteristics of morphology changing in these steel during heating between two critical points and forming nucleus and growing up features of austenite have been investigated.
