[Co(pema)(amp)Cl]^(2+)体系配合物的合成分离

Synthesis and Separate of the [Co(pema)(amp)Cl]^(2+) system

摘要 合成了[Co(pema)(amp)C l]2+体系配合物,其中pema=N-(2-吡啶基甲基)乙二胺,amp=2-(氨基甲基)吡啶。利用Dowex阳离子交换树脂层析分离得到其中2个几何异构体,将所得其中一异构体(b1)进行平衡水解反应得到6个不同几何异构体,对所得异构体进行了初步表征。 Two isomers in the [Co(pema) (amp) Cl]^2+ system have been synthesised by decomposing peroxide complex, ( herein pema = N-(2-pyridylmethy ) ethylenediamine ; amp=2-(Aminomethyl) pyridine. By equilibrate hydrolysis of the main complex, there are six isomers which developed six bands on a Dowex( H^+ )column have been obtained. They have been characterized by 1D ^13C and ^1H NMR and UV/vis spectra, the two isomers obtained by decomposing peroxide complex method are corresponding to the complexes in the first and third bands from equilibrate hydrolysis.
