海口市STD患者6种病原体检测结果分析

Analysis of detection of six pathogens from patients with sexually transmitted diseases in Haikou City

姚敏,阮国杰摘要:目的了解海口市STD患者中6种病原体感染的情况、病种的分布及感染特点。方法对2001年5月～2004年7月7834例可疑STD患者采用荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)技术检测NG、CT、UU、HPV、HSV-Ⅱ5种病原体的DNA;采用RPR、TPHA法检测梅毒螺旋体并对结果进行分析。结果检出STD病原体阳性者2477例,总检出率为31.62%(2477/7834);其中UU检出率20.42%(1600/7834);CT检出率2.95%(231/7834);HPV检出率3.17%(248/7834);HSV-Ⅱ1检出率1.71%(134/7834);TP检出率2.60%(204/7834);NG检出率0.77%(60/7834);UU和CT混合感染216例;UU、CT、HPV3种病原体混合感染28例。结论4年的检测结果显示,海口地区STD病原体检出率逐年上升,UU的检出率最高;20～40岁年龄段是STD发病的高危人群,应予以重点关注。

Objective To understand the infectious status, characteristic and distribution of six species of pathogen in patients with STD in Haikou City. Methods 7834 cases of suspected patients with STD in Haikou Municipal Hospital（from May,2001 to July, 2004） were determined. FQ-PCR was used for defection of the DNA of NG, CT, UU, HPV, and HSV-Ⅱ . The antibody against Spirochaeta pallida were detected by RPR and TPHA. Results 2477 cases of patients with STD pathgen were detected. The total detection rate was 31.62%, among which the detection rate of UU, CT, HPV, HSV-Ⅱ ,TP and NG was 20.42% ,2.93% ,3.17%, 1.71% ,2.60% ,0.77% ,respectively. Mixed infection of UU and CT were detected in 216 patients.The patient wiyh mixed infection of UU, CT and HPV 3 were 28 cases. Conclusion The detection results of four years showed that the detection rate of STD pathogen went up year by year, among which the detection rate of UU was the highest. Close attention should be paid to the age group of 20 to 40 year which was high risk group of infection with STD.
