用共振法测得高强度预应力钢丝在290℃有一个内耗峰,钢丝稳定化处理时的微观结构变化与内耗峰的形成有重要联系,低松弛预应力钢丝稳定化处理机理是一个能够最大限度地使可动位错沿应力应变方向重新组态并为溶质原子钉扎的形成过程。
An internal friction peak at 290℃ of high strength prestressed wire has been measured by resonance method. It is suggested that during stabilizing treatment the wire's microstructure change has close relations with the formation of internal friction peak. The mechanism of stabilizing treatment for prestressed wire with low relaxation is a course which forms a dislocation tangle network that arranges in the stretching direction and the solute atoms nail up active dislocation.
