黑龙江省新生儿卡介苗接种质量的监测与评价

Monitoring and assessment of the quality of neonatal BCG vaccination in Heilongjiang Province

目的了解2000～2004年来黑龙江省卡介苗接种工作质量与免疫效果情况。方法按照《黑龙江省卡介苗接种常规报告与质量监测方案》对2000～2004年全省各年新生儿卡介苗接种质量监测情况报告表记录结果进行逐年统计分析。结果5年来全省新生儿卡介苗报告接种率各年度均比较稳定,一直保持在99%以上;新生儿卡介苗接种后12周结素试验阳转率为97.2%。其结素反应均径分布呈近似正态分布,卡痕大小分布呈正态分布,卡痕形成率一直比较稳定。结论黑龙江省新生儿卡介苗接种质量稳定,并一直保持在较高的监测水平。

Objective To evaluate the quality and effect of neonatal BCG vaccination in Heilongjiang province over 6 years. Methods To conduct a yearly analysis for the field data of local neonatal BCG vaccination from 1999 to 2004 was conducted. A statistical and analytical method was carried out, according to the criterion of demand for the scheme of the routine report and quality surveillance of the BCG vaccination in Heilongjiang province. Results Six indications such as the BCG reporting vaccination rate, the reckoning vaccination rate, the PPD positive rate 12 weeks＇ after BCG vaccination and the rate of BCG scar, the mean value of diameter of the induration in tuberculin skin test and that of the BCG scar varied were stable in six years in the whole province. There were no significant difference in BCG vaccination rates in the different areas, which were all above 99.0%. the average PPD positive rate 12 after weeks＇ BCG vaccination was 97.2%, and the mean value of diameter of both the induration in tuberculin skin test and the BCG scar appeared in normal distribution in six years. Conclusion The quality of neonatal BCG vaccination in Heilongjiang Province was satisfactory.
