UPA、UPAR基因在鼻咽癌组织中的表达

The expression of UPA and UPAR in tissue of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients

目的探讨UPA、UPAR的基因表达与鼻咽癌的发生、发展的关系。方法用mRNA-DNA原位杂交技术检测鼻咽癌组织和炎症组织UPA和UPAR的基因表达水平。结果鼻咽癌患者组织UPA、UPAR的mRNA阳性表达率分别为76.7%(23/30)、70%(21/30),鼻咽部慢性炎症组UPA、UPAR的mRNA阳性表达率分别为15%(3/20)、10%(2/20),肿瘤组明显高于炎症组(P<0.01)。结论UPA、UPAR基因在鼻咽癌组织中高表达,可能在鼻咽癌的发生、发展、中起重要作用。

Objective To research the relationship between the expression level of UPA/UPAR mRNA and the nasopharyngeal carcinoma for onset, progress. Methods The expression level of UPA/UPAR mRNA were detected by using in stiu hybridization in the tissues of the nasopharyngnal carcinoma and the chronic nasopharyngitis. Results The positive rate of UPAmRNA and uPARmRNA in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma group were 76.7 % ,70% , significantly higher than in the chronic nasophary, ngitis group （15%,10%）. Conclusion Higher expression level of UPAmRNA and UPARmRNA probably play an important role in onset, progress of nasopharyngnal carcinoma.
