摘要
目的观察微波治疗脂溢性角化病的疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法应用微波治疗仪治疗脂溢性角化病,6个月后观察疗效。结果治疗231例脂溢性角化病,有效率92.2%,复发18例,复发率为7.8%。结论微波治疗有效、安全,提示复发可能与患者血脂代谢异常及治疗深度有关。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of microwave in treatment of seborrheie keratosis. Methods Microwave instrument was used for treatment of seborrheie keratosis. Results 231 seborrheie keratosis eases were were treated, 139 eases were cured （60.2%） ,74 eases markely improved （ 32.0% ） and 12 eases （5.2%） improved, with a total effective rate of 92.2%, Relapse occurred to 18 eases （7.8%）. Conclusion Microwave is effective and safe for treatment of seborrheie keratosis.
