辣椒净光合速率杂种优势及其稳定性分析 被引量:9

摘要 测定了15个杂种一代和6个亲本在不同开花结果时期的净光合速率及其杂种优势,并用一个参数的直线回归分析法测定了它们的遗传稳定性。结果表明,开花结果前期大多数杂种一代和亲本的光合作用较强,中期次之,后期最弱;离中优势是中期最强,后期次之,前期最弱;超亲优势是后期最强,中期次之,前期最弱;说明辣椒光合能力的杂种优势主要表现在中后期。综合考虑杂种一代的光合能力、杂种优势和稳定性,认为8214×8501、5907×8214、5907×8501和5907×7801是有高光合能力的强优势组合。 Net photosynthetic rates and their heterosis of 15 hybrids and 6 parents of pepper were measured at different phases of flowering and fruit setting and their genetic stabilities were also estimated by one parameter of linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the net photosynthetic rate for most of hybrids and parents is great at the early phase, less at the medium phase and the least at the late phase; the heterosis over the mean parental value for most of them is strong at the medium phase, the second at the late phase and weak at the early phase; the greatest heterobeltiosis is at the late phase, the second at the medium phase and the least at the early phase. This shows that the pepper heterosis of photosynthetic capacity occurs mainly at the middle and late phase. The hybridized combinations 8214 × 8501, 5907 × 8214, 5907 × 8501 and 5907 × 7801 have higher photosynthetic capacity and stronger heterosis in terms of photosynthetic capacity, heterosis and stability.
