细径钢丝强韧化技术的最新发展

摘要 介绍了国外丝径<1mm高强韧钢丝用盘条冶金质量和化学成分的研究成果。钢含磷量提高到0.9%以上,控制钢丝的热处理制度,使过共析钢丝强韧性显著提高。根据国内消化吸收国外热处理工艺与设备的实践,简要介绍了热处理工艺与设备的特点。 Introduce external research achievements of metallurgical quality and elemental composition of coil rod for high strength and tenacity steel wire whose diameter is less than 1mm. The strength and tenacity of super-eutectoid steel wire have been improved notably by increasing the carbon content of the steel to more than 0.9% and controlling the heat-treatment system. Briefly introduce the characteristics of heat-treatment technology and equipment according to the practice of digesting external heat-treatment technology and equipment.
