摘要
用分光光度法直接测定疏菜中铁的含量,方法简便、快速、准确,对指导人们合理食用疏菜进行补铁及进一步开发疏菜产品提供了可靠的理论依据。
the paper introduce one method that content of the iron in the fruit of the vegetable even determined by spectrophotometry , the method is simple, rapidly and aural ,The result provides the theoretical basis for guiding elope reasonably to eat the fruit of the vegetables to replenish the iron and exploiting the product of the potato and the fruit of vegetables.
