摘要 资本结构的产品市场竞争理论是现代资本结构理论研究的前沿问题之一。该理论认为,资本结构决策与产品市场竞争之间具有密切的联系,资本结构决策既要受到产品市场竞争状况的影响,同时它又能影响产品市场竞争状况。具体内容包括债务融资的战略承诺理论和深口袋理论。 The Product market Theory of Capital Structure is one of the main issues in modern capital structure theory which states that capital structure decision has close relation with the product market competition. This theory includes strategic commitment and deep pockets theory as well.
