摘要
目的探讨弓形虫病淋巴结炎组织中神经内分泌免疫网络系统共用的生物学语言:5-HT与5HT1AR表达的意义。方法应用免疫组化Picture^TM二步法检测淋巴结炎组织中的弓形虫、5-HT及5-HT1AR。将弓形虫检测结果分为阳性组与阴性组,分析两组5-HT与5-HT1AR的检测结果。结果50例淋巴结炎组织中有16例弓形虫阳性。5-HT与5-HT1AR阳性标志物在两组淋巴结炎组织中分布大致相似,主要位于副皮质区的T淋巴细胞、淋巴滤泡生发中心B淋巴细胞及巨噬细胞等部位。5-HT在两组的表达强度有显著性差异(P〈0.005),而5-HT1AR在两组的表达强度无差异(P〉0.05)。结论弓形虫可引起神经内分泌免疫网络中的5-HT与5-HT1AR表达强度的变化,可能与弓形虫病淋巴结炎的发生与病情发展有一定的关系。
Objective To explore the significance of expression 5-HT and 5-HTI AR which are the common biologic messages of the neuroimmunoendocrine networks system in toxoplasmal lymphadenitis. Methods Toxoplasma antigen, 5-HT and 5-HTI AR in the tissues of toxoplasmal lymphadenitis were detected by PictureTM immunohistochemical staining. Positive and negative groups were divided according to the results of toxoplasmal antigen detection and expression of 5-HT and 5-HTI AR between the two groups were analyzed. Results In 50 patients with toxoplasmal lymphadenitis, 16 patients were positive for Toxoplasma antigen. 5-HT and 5-HTI AR positive markers between the positive and negative groups were similar, which were distributed in the T lymphocytes in cortex of lymph gland and the B lymphocytes and macrophages in lymph follicle germinal center. There was a significant difference in 5-HT expression intensity between the positive and negative groups (P〈0.005), but no significant difference was found in 5-HT1 AR (P〉0.05). Conclusion The toxoplasmal infections result in the expression intensity change of 5-HT and 5-HTI AR in tissues, which could be related to the pathological mechanism and the disease state of toxoplasmal lymphadenitis.
