摘要 根据EDX,XPS和XRD分析结果,阐述镀锌层在含磷酸低浓度铅酸溶液中钝化成膜过程和成膜反应。实践和理论表明,所形成的钝化膜实际上是铬酸钝化反应和磷化反应的有机结合,它是一种凝胶的铬酸盐和磷酸盐复合型钝化膜。 According to the analysis of EDX, XPS and XRD, the formation processing and reaction of passivated films on the sauce of electrogalvanizing coating in a low chromate solution containing orthophosphoric acid were investigated. Theory and practice are shown that the passivated film is a kind of gelatiniform combination film containing chromate and phosphate because it was formed by chromatising and phosphatizing reaction.
