摘要
理念创新是优质管理的前提,随着高等教育的改革和推进,高校图书馆对管理改革的要求越来越重要。在阐述高校图书馆管理创新的内涵和特征的基础上,分析了当今高校图书馆管理现状中的问题,提出了网络环境下,高校图书馆加强管理创新的几条有效途径。
