乳酸菌对人结肠癌细胞系HT-29的黏附 被引量:6

摘要 用分离于内蒙古牧区乳制品中的23株乳酸菌做对人结肠癌细胞系HT-29细胞的体外黏附性试验。结果显示:植物乳杆菌的平均粘附能力较强,为3.1个/细胞,其中最高的菌株WZ29-2达(5.0±0.1)个/细胞;而肠球菌黏附能力较弱,平均为1.3个/细胞。且不同菌株的黏附水平之间存在一定的差异。 23 strains of lactic acid bacteria isolated from dairy products in In,er Mongolia were selected to test their adhesive ability to colon cancer cell line HT-29 in vitro. The resuh showed that the average adhesion levels of Lactobacillus plantarum (3.1 bacteria/cell)were higher than that of Enteroeoecus (1.3 bacteria/cell). The most highly adhesive strain was L. plantarum WZ 29-2 and its adhesive level was (5.0±0.1) bacteria/cell. The adhesive levels of strains had certain difference.
