摘要
以铜-康铜微细热电偶测量端的激光焊接过程为例,介绍了微细热电偶的激光制造方法,利用光纤激光光束质量好、功率密度高的特点,对铜-康铜微细热电偶丝进行了光纤激光微细焊接实验。通过测量证明利用激光焊接制造的热电偶性能可靠,并指出利用光纤激光微加工技术可制造出各种不同种类、不同尺寸的微细热电偶,且加工便捷、高效,该技术具有广泛的应用前景。
In this paper, the fabrication of Cu-CuNi fine thermocouple (φ200μm) using fiber laser micro welding was introduced. As the material of Cu reflects laser greatly it is hard to weld with normal laser machine. The fiber laser has very good beam quality and high power density therefore it can be used to weld high reflective material, The result of the demarcation experiment proved the reliability of the Cu-CuNi fine thermocouple fabricated by the new method. By the virtue of high power density, the laser micro-welding method fits for many different kinds of fine thermocouples fabrication.
