摘要
骨关节炎等损坏关节软骨的疾病严重影响人们的正常生活。骨髓基质干细胞具有较强的自我更新能力和多向分化潜能,在特定的诱导条件下分化为软骨细胞,为组织工程软骨修复软骨缺损带来希望。就骨髓基质干细胞分离、诱导分化为软骨细胞的方法、载体材料及目前存在的问题加以综述。
Diseases injured joint cartilage,such as osteoarthritis,seriously damage the normal life of people. Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) have active self-proliferative and multi-differentiate capacity, and become cartilage cells by some factors induce. It is very important to cartilage tissue engineering. In this article, isolation and differentiate regular of BMSCs, method of BMSCs induced to chondrocytes, scaffold of cartilage tissue engineering and problems of current existent were reviewed.
